Dr. Neal Kurzrok was born in New York a lifelong Yankees fan, and grew up in Connecticut. He attended college and medical school in Pennsylvania before returning to New York for his neurology residency at Mount Sinai and epilepsy fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He remains affiliated with Medstar, previously on faculty at Georgetown and served as Bioethics Chairman for 8 years at Washington Hospital Center. Dr. Kurzrok has been cited as a top neurologist many times in Washingtonian Magazine and Washington Checkbook. In his free time, he is an avid bridge player and sports junky and loves cooking.
