Dr. Sarah Pulaski received a Psy.D. in clinical psychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. She completed her pre-doctoral internship in clinical psychology at the University of Florida Health Sciences Center in Gainesville, FL, and a post-doctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology at the Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, AZ. Dr. Pulaski is a member of the American Academy of Clinical Neuropsychology, International Neuropsychological Society, National Academy of Neuropsychology, and American Psychological Association of Clinical Neuropsychology. She has special interest and training in Movement Disorders (including idiopathic Parkinson’s disease, atypical Parkinsonism, dystonia, and pre-/post-DBS), neoplasms, and Frontotemporal Dementia.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending concerts, reading, doing jigsaw puzzles, and playing with her dog and four cats.
