Dr. David Moore is an Indiana native.  He received his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine where he also completed his residency in neurology and a fellowship in neuromuscular disease.  He is board certified in neurology and has a special interest in neuromuscular disease.  Dr. Moore enjoys biking and hiking in the Washington region with his wife.  They enjoy diverse cuisines and collaborate in cooking and grilling.  He relaxes by listening to a wide range of musical genres.
