David G. Moore, M.D.
Dr. David G. Moore received his M.D. degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine. At Indiana University he also completed his residency in neurology and a fellowship in neuromuscular disease. Dr. Moore is Board Certified in neurology and has a special interest in neuromuscular disease. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Neurology at George Washington University School of Medicine and an examiner for the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Moore is a member of the American Academy of Neurology. He has been recognized as one of the region's top neuologists by Washingtonian Magazine.
