The Neurology Center will be closed on the following dates:
Christmas day and the day after - December 25th and 26th
New Years Day - Janauary 1st
Inauguration Day - January 20th
We will no longer be paticipating with Coventry Insurance after December 8, 2008. We have closed our panel to NEW patients with Coventry Insurance until December 8th. After that date, new patients who wish to be seen can be seen out of plan. Existing patients who wish to continue to receive their care with the Neurology Center after that date can do so out of plan. |
