Brian H. Avin, M.D. Dr. Brian H. Avin received his M.D. degree from the Chicago Medical School. He completed a residency in neurology at the University of Miami. Dr. Avin is Board Certified in neurology and internal medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Neurology. He is a past President of the Montgomery County Medical Society and is presently Vice Speaker of the MedChi House of Delegates, The State Medical Society. He was Chairman of the MedChi Legislative Committee from 2001 through 2005. He has been consistently recognized as one of the areas Top Neurologists by Washingtonian Magazine.
